10 Days Until First Fruits February!
Do you love the month of February? Yeah, we used to hate it too. But then we decided to make the most of what can be a cold, dreary month. Back in 2017, CurlyRed began choosing two organizations (one here in Garrett County, and one in our hometown of Baltimore) to which we donate 10% of any new project for the entire month of February!
In 2020, 10% of all proceeds will go directly to The Maryland Book Bank and It's in the Bag!
The Maryland Book Bank is our Baltimore FFF recipient. They are a nonprofit organization committed to cultivating literacy in children from under-resourced neighborhoods, and just recently gave away it's MILLIONTH BOOK (how awesome is that?).
“It’s in the Bag” is our Garrett County FFF recipient. The Episcopal Church in Garrett County runs this take-home food program for at-risk elementary school children. They feed hungry children both over the weekends and over the summer, when access to healthy and nourishing food is at its lowest.
So as you can see, we'll be helping two incredible organizations continue to do great work in their communities.
