Featured Client: Broadford Lake Park
Broadford Recreational Park is a family oriented park owned by the Town of Oakland. The park offers a lake, picnic and beach areas, volleyball, basketball, boat launch, boat and pavilion rentals. The park is currently under construction with the creation of the Broadford Park Trail System. The park also hosts events through the year such as the annual Independence Day Celebration on July 3rd with a beautiful Fireworks display for the Town and the occasional music concert.
In honor of the new mountain bike trail system , CurlyRed was asked to design new branding and a new trailhead map that is now installed and greeting visitors of Broadford Lake Park!
Vice-President Mark Ludwig created the outdoorsy, vintage-inspired branding, and M. Kendall Ludwig created the official park color palette, to tie in with the brand colors for Oakland, MD. Kendall then created the detailed and incredibly informative trail map, with assistance from Aaron Hordubay and Pat Hudnall. Our CurlyRed team loved working on this project, and can't wait to see many more locals and visitors alike enjoy all that Broadford Lake Park has to offer!
