Featured Client: Busy Moms Healthcare

Published: April 24, 2024

Our president and principal designer, M. Kendall Ludwig, knows exactly how hard it is to be a working mother.

Our client Heather is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, Certified Nurse-Midwife and Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She not only also understands those challenges as a mom herself, but also wanted to create a space in healthcare to fill the needs that busy moms specially have. This organization is now the go-to Morgantown, West Virginia hub for lactation consults, women's health, primary care, and IV therapies (we hope to see it grow to more cities across the country very soon).

What began as Breastfeeding for Busy Moms is now Busy Moms Healthcare! Heather, Abigail and their team decided to use this time of expansion as an opportunity to visually rebrand their business. Enter CurlyRed.

We were absolutely thrilled to create a new visual identity for their branded house: Busy Moms Healthcare, Breastfeeding for Busy Moms and Primary Care for Busy Moms! We paired a customized script font with a clean san serif, worked with the client to select a pleasing palette, and then added beautiful fully custom women illustrations created by our very own junior designer Olivia O'Brien!

Here's what Abigail E. Miller, COO, had to say:

“Our business, Busy Moms Healthcare, loved working with the CurlyRed team on an extensive rebranding project. Kendall and Olivia are so fun and personable to work with. They helped create an incredible branded house for our growing business with unique and inclusive features we wouldn't have found with any other designer. CurlyRed was also so responsive to our feedback and really worked in partnership with us which was so appreciated. We are thrilled to have had the opportunity to tackle this big project with such an awesome team of women!”

The feeling is mutual, Abigail! If your company or organization is looking for a new visual identity, please contact us today!
