Next weekend: Flash Drive at Our Town Theatre!

Mark and Kendall Ludwig of CurlyRed are delighted to be performing in Flash Drive at Our Town Theatre in Oakland, MD! It's brand-new original production, written by local Garrett County playwright Barry Weinberg! Mark also designed the bold and compelling poster and program.

A struggling artist on the way to his first gallery show stumbles on a gangster’s missing flash drive. The gangster’s hit woman needs to get the flash drive back because she’s the one who lost it. The neighborhood cop (Mark!) needs to get the flash drive because it will lead him to the gangster. The gangster needs to get the flash drive because it has his entire operation described on it. But none of them can find the flash drive because it is in the pocket of a waitress (Kendall!), who secretly took it from the artist. The artist just wants all this to end so he can celebrate selling his first paintings (all of them yellow).

So when the artist gets the flash drive back, all he has to do is give the flash drive to...whom?

This fast-paced, funny play features a strong cast of local talent (with some brand-new faces to Our Town Theatre, and some not-so-new), and is directed by Phil Wotherspoon. Performances are next Thursday through Sunday (March 3-6, 2022)  and you can reserve your seat now by clicking here!
