Special Giving Tuesday Announcement!

We are pleased to announce that we have chosen our 2021 First Fruits February recipients! CurlyRed will donate 10% of all profits in February 2021 to one non-profit in Baltimore, and one local non-profit here in Western Maryland.

Our Baltimore recipient is World Relief Baltimore Immigration Legal Clinic! They advise and represent immigrants and their family members in immigration matters such as the following:

1. Consultations so that clients understand the immigration options for themselves and their family members
2. Applying for permanent residence and work permits
3. Petitioning for family members to remain or reunite with them in the U.S.
4. Applying for naturalization
5. Applying TPS & DACA
6. Assisting victims of crime and of domestic violence
7. Representation in deportation proceedings

Our Western Maryland recipient is Acting Out for ALS, which is dedicated to raising money to find a cure for and to spread awareness of Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS). Acting Out will stage theatrical performances that involve local community members to "act out" in a variety of plays and musical productions. All the proceeds from these performances will be donated to the support of ALS warriors as close to home as possible.
