Upcoming holiday events!
There are so many great events happening all over Garrett County over the next few weeks to kick off the holidays! Here are just a few that we are especially excited about:
Next Thursday the 17th • 5:30-7:30pm
Ladies! Please join us for a special "Shop Small" edition of AAUW's Cocktails and Convos at the Fort in McHenry on Thursday, Nov 17th from 5:30-7:30! This event will kickstart your holiday shopping while supporting some great local businesses.
The first hour will feature store specials and exclusives from three women-owned local businesses at the Fort: OMG Relax, A Mountain Fix, and Cashmere Clothing Co.! Then at 6:30, we'll head over to another great women-owned business, Pine Lodge Steakhouse for food, drinks and great conversation!
A Great Small Town Christmas • Starting December 2nd
The Town of Oakland is kicking off the holiday season with some wonderful events, including a Holiday Walking Parade & Light Up Night, Soup & Santa, and more! Plus, Our Town Theatre will be presenting "The Farndale Avenue Housing Estate Townswomen's Guild Dramatic Society's Production of "A Christmas Carol."
